Experience

I work as a Leasing Representative with Regency Centers on 17 grocery-anchored centers totaling more than 2.7 million square feet of retail space. My properties extend from Minneapolis, MN, through the greater Chicago area, down to Schererville, IN.

Previously, I spent seven years on Regency’s marketing team with an focus on dealmaking.

In marketing, my primary responsibility was collaborating with our 60+ dealmakers nationwide to provide marketing support on leasing goals and investment initiatives — which involves more than 480 operating properties totaling 60 million square feet. I was lucky to collaborate with amazing dealmakers to influence and shape communities, like partnering with our Southeast team to help bring REI Co-Op to Mount Pleasant, SC. One of my favorite projects was been working directly on a promotional video for The Abbot in Cambridge, MA. The video received a Silver ICSC MAXI Global Award.

My desire to push the industry further led me to partner with IT to develop a data-driven search tool to support the increase in vacancies from COVID-19 closures. In 2022, Regency Centers brought home a Gold ICSC MAXI Award in the Innovation category for this initiative.
